Display resolution refers to the number and arrangement of pixels on a screen. It is expressed as width x height, for example 1920x1080 which means there are 1920 pixels horizontally and 1080 pixels vertically in a display with that resolution. The higher the resolution, the more detailed and clear the image appears on screen.
